Jim Russell may have been born and raised in Seminole County, Florida but he's spent his adult life serving those in Seminole Country; Tallahassee, Florida. His career in Law Enforcement spanned three decades yet his journey is just re-beginning as an artist after his retirement from Florida State University Police Department.
